KIRITJI SHEILA:
I paint the country and story for Kiritji. My father and grandfather were near the rockhole at Kiritji when a wati (young man) threw his boomerang at them. They jumped into the rockhole for protection and when they came out the man was gone. This is the Tjukurpa of this place that has been handed down to Sheila from her father and permission given for her to paint the story. I can't say anymore because it's sacred and not for the public to hear. That's all.
